To Whom It may Concern: Both my husband and I were very pleased and satisfied in our real estate happenings with Cathy Cookson from Remax. Not only did Cathy sell our house but she was very instrumental in preventing us from purchasing a new home that was slightly beyond our budget. We were determined to buy a property that was over the limit we had originally quoted to Cathy when we had begun our search. We placed a down payment on the home but not before Cathy was assured we could have the deposit refunded if we changed our mind. She was supportive with the upcoming sale but suggested, for us to be absolutely sure, we should look at a couple more properties that were in our original price range. We ended up with a beautiful home with all the amenities that we were looking for at a much lower price. The sale of our former property was very well handled by Cathy and she did all the necessary leg and paper work in order for the sale to go smoothly. I will add the amount we received was very close to what she told us our property was worth when we first signed with her.
